1. What vegetables are included in the nudie Veggie Blends range?

nudie Veggie Blends are powerhouse juices made using nothing but the goodness of real ingredients like carrot, turmeric, beetroot and ginger. They were created with the belief that the best things in life can be good for you and delicious at the same time.

Immunity Hit is a tangy & sweet juice that combines the goodness of ginger, carrot, orange, beetroot and pear. Beetroot is high in fibre and offers a good source of vitamins & minerals such as vitamin C, manganese, folate, potassium and iron. A splash of ginger offers anti-inflammatory benefits and helps with digestion and fighting off colds & flus.

Our Antioxidant is a sweet & zingy juice that blends carrot, turmeric, orange, apple and lime. The main ingredient, carrot, is rich in plant compounds called carotenoids which have a powerful antioxidant activity and are a good source of vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin K and potassium. We’ve also added a pinch of turmeric, a spice that contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

2. What is the recommended intake of fruit & veggies per day?

In Australia, it’s recommended that as adults, we each enjoy two serves of fruit and five serves of veggies per day. Our Veggie Blend juices are here to help get you there! They’re made with 100% real fruit and vegetables and packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants – meaning a small glass can help you reach your recommended daily intake of fruit and veggies. 3. How do I increase the amount of antioxidants in my diet?

To get more antioxidants into your regular diet, it’s best to try and keep up with two serves of fruits and five serves of vegetables a day.
