All in for kid’s health

For many kids, childhood isn’t always what it should be. Swapping playdates for appointments and sleepovers for lengthy hospital stays, many young children are fighting health battles that take them away from the joy and freedom of being a kid. While no child should have to suffer through illness, we strongly believe that those who do – deserve our utmost support. That’s why we’re working closely with the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation to spread goodness wherever and however we can.

  • Making a positive difference

    As one of the largest and most trusted kids’ health charities in the country, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation exists to help provide all kids with access to the best possible healthcare. Not only are they committed to promoting charitable investment in the prevention and management of childhood illness, they make sure all raised funds go directly to supporting children’s healthcare. This means everything from the hospital wards to the treatment rooms, the research labs and outreach programs. This allows them to help all sick kids – no matter what. 

  • The backstory

    Each year, more than 158,000 sick or injured children and their families receive vital care from a team of over 7500 child health specialists and researchers working across the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. Since 1986, this amazing foundation has raised millions every year for a collective of two major children’s hospitals, specialised care services, and cutting-edge paediatric research, operating across NSW. In doing so, they’ve managed to change the landscape of children’s healthcare for all kids throughout the state.

  • How we’re helping

    At nudie, we’re not just about creating good within our products – but are committed to spreading positivity and happiness within our community, too. Supporting the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation is a cause very close to our hearts. With five entities funded by the foundation (Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Bear Cottage, Newborn Emergency and Paediatric Transport Service (NETS), and Kids Research), we know just how important awareness and donations can be. That’s why we’ve recently donated $10,000 and are taking part in a range of fun-filled events with SCHF in the coming months. This June we donated 2000 bottles of our 400ml juice to help launch their Sydney Sick Kids Appeal at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick, and 1500 bottles of 200ml juice to the foundation’s activation at the 2023 City2Surf after party for their committed fundraisers. We’ll even have nudie team members participate in the run to help raise more money!

  • Creators of good

    We believe a good tomorrow starts with the good choices we make today, which is why we’ve also joined the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation’s Movement of Many for this year’s City2Surf, and donated $20 to their first 500 fundraisers. Every dollar makes a difference, and we know that Team SCHF will continue to do so many amazing things for sick kids.
