We saw this written on a juice label so we looked it up and this is what it said: 'organic acid that can be derived from citrus fruits but is generally made in refineries by fermenting cane sugar, molasses and dextrose with fungal strains of aspergillus niger'. We said: 'acid! Isn't that what you dissolve stains on your driveway with?' It didn't actually say it does but we think that it might.
