Step 2
Cut mix of fresh fruit into small bite size pieces (we suggest a mix of some of the following - sliced up oranges, grapefruit, cherries, blackberries, blueberries kiwi fruit etc.) and add to the gelatine mix.

Step 3
Add a little lemon juice and zest from lemon and/or orange and stir mix and then place in a jelly mould or glass bowl in the fridge until set
Serve with thickened cream or ice cream.
