| Q |
Why is a nudie called a nudie? |
| A |
There are so many reasons a
nudie is called a nudie (37 at last count) that we’ve had to
dedicate a special section of this
website to the reasons.
You’ll find this special section by going to the home page and
clicking on the button that says: the other 34 reasons a nudie
is called a nudie |

 |
| Q |
Where can I get nudies? |
| A |
Well, wouldn’t you know it,
we’ve got a whole section
dedicated to this question too! You’ll find it in the section
called stuff about our drinks

 |
| Q |
Where does the fruit in a nudie
come from? |
| A |
Our policy is to use the best
quality fruit whenever it is available. For example, the mangoes
we use are the finest Kensington Pride Mangoes from Queensland
and Northern Territory. Our apples and oranges are also
Australian, as are the carrots, ginger, honey, and yoghurt. |

 |
| Q |
Why hasn’t someone made drinks
as good as nudies before? |
| A |
They have! In fact, a lot of
people have made drinks as good as nudies. Usually in their own
kitchens using big expensive juicing machines that chew up a lot
of fruit and make a lot of mess. |
 |
 |
 |
| Q |
Are nudies suitable for
children? |
| A |
Our crushies contain nothing but
fruit; each nudie has the juice from 2 serves of fruit in every
bottle and that is possibly more than your children are used to
eating in a day or two! We make nudies only from fruit, so along
with all the goodies comes naturally occurring fruit sugars. For
children under 7, we suggest it is best to dilute the crushies
with water or have one at meal times. |
 |
 |
 |
| Q |
Do you use organic fruit? |
| A |
We’d like to use organic fruit
but it’s difficult to find an affordable supply of Australian
grown certified organic fruit to the quality standard that nudie
demands. |
 |
 |
 |
| Q |
Are your drinks suitable for
vegans? |
| A |
Our crushies and juicies are pure fruit and
are very suitable for all types of vegans - Lacto vegans and
Octo-lacto Vegans. Bet you didn't know there were
different types of vegans!!! |

 |
 |
| Q |
Are nudies Kosher and Halal? |
| A |
There is no reason why nudies
are not Kosher, but we are still working on the certification
process. nudies are Halal and we have a certificate (of which we
are very proud) from the Islamic councils of Australia to prove
it! |

 |
 |
| Q |
How many nudies should I drink
each day? |
| A |
Its much better to drink a nudie
every day, rather than a lot of nudies every couple of days.
Each nudie has the juice from 2 serves of fruit in every bottle
so there is nothing wrong with one each day at all. People who know
about these things also recommend making sure you get some whole
fruit too. |

 |
| Q |
Are nudies suitable for pregnant
and breastfeeding women? |
| A |
Absolutely - drink up.
nudies are pasteurized which makes them safe for pregnant and
breastfeeding women and their babies. Also pregnant and
breastfeeding women need extra energy to do all these things so
there's nothing wrong with an extra nudie every now and then,
but best to make sure you get some whole fruit too. |

| Q |
How tall is Tall Tim? |
| A |
When Tim comes into our office,
he has to kind of duck under the doorway. Dave our insurance
broker is 6 foot 7 and he doesn’t have to duck — which means
Tim’s even taller than Dave. Which is pretty tall! See
Tall Tim's profile here. |

 |
| Q |
Are nudies best consumed in the
nudie? |
| A |
We believe the answer is “yes”.
There are many reasons why a nudie is best consumed in the
nudie. Here are two of them:
- if you spill some nudie on
your bare skin, there’s no chance of it staining your clothes
- you can lick any spilled nudie
off your bare skin (or, better still, have a close friend or
loved one do it for you)
In fact, with all the fresh fruit
in a nudie, it may actually be beneficial to leave the spilled
nudie on your skin. |
